This motor kit includes the motor plate, permanently lubricated ball bearing plug-in motor, damper door, and a dual inlet, forward curved blower wheel with hardware for install. Our motor kits are interchangeable for our SH series bath fans, changing or making an upgrade to a 50, 80, 110, or 130 CFM model easy.
