Born Again Bottles by The Avenue Stained Glass - Glass with a new purpose

This dish measures 10 inches long x 4.75 inches at the widest point.  The neck is raised and slumped downward and the body of the dish is flat with the floral design on it. 

This dish is food safe and can be washed in your dishwasher.  It was properly annealed, so should not present a problem.
