This is a vintage Grants Finest Scotch Whiskey Pocket Knife/Bottle Opener that is shaped like a bottle, and is 2 3/4 inches closed, and measures about 3 inches if you include the attached bail. 

Hallmarked on the base of the blade "Sheffield England", the base of the bottle opener is hallmarked "Stainless Steel".  It's in wonderful condition.  A great piece to add to your own collection.
